The structure of glasses
A pair of spectacle frames is usually composed of main parts such as the ring, nose rest, terminal and temple, etc. Besides the above components, there are also foot covers, leaf screws, hinge screws, etc.
1. Lens ring (frame) : The assembly position of the lens, which is fixed by metal wire, nylon wire and screws through grooves or holes. It affects the cutting of the lens and the shape of the glasses.
2. Bridge of the nose: It is connected to the left and right lens rings or directly fixed to the lenses. The bridge of the nose can be directly placed on the nose or supported by the brackets.
3. Nasal tray: It includes the toggle stalk, toggle box and toggle. The toggle is in direct contact with the nose and plays a role in supporting and stabilizing the spectacle frame. Some cast-formed plastic frames may not have the support blade stems and support blade boxes, and the support blades are connected to the mirror rings.
4. Socket: The connection point between the mirror ring and the mirror foot, which is usually curved.
5. Temple: The hook is attached to the ear and can be moved. It is connected to the post and serves to fix the temple ring.
6. Hinge: A joint that connects the post head and the mirror foot.
7. Locking blocks: Tighten the screws to secure the locking blocks on both sides of the lens ring opening, thereby fixing the lens
