Contact lenses

Contact lenses are called contact lens, or SCL for short.

   Its material: one is silicon hydrogel; the other is hydrogel.There are two main types of contact lenses: soft and hard breathable contact lenses.Despite their different names, both are actually breathable.Oxygen can reach the eye through the lens, keeping the cornea healthy.Not having enough oxygen for the cornea can cause swelling, which can lead to vision problems.

Classification of contact lenses:

1.General lenses;

2.Astigmatism lens;

3.Transparent colour (tri-colour, monochrome, two-colour)

4.Opaque colour film (characteristic lens for medical use)

Factors that determine the oxygen permeability of contact lenses:

1. Water content: The higher the water content, the stronger the oxygen permeability;

2. Center thickness: The thinner the lens, the stronger the oxygen permeability;

3. Material;

4. Old and new lenses;

5. Tightness.

After wearing contact lenses, you need to use a cleaner to clean them after a while.In order to make glasses more healthy, they need to be washed after each wearing.
