Pull open the upper and lower eyelids with the left index finger and right middle finger, as shown in Figure 9.Gently press both sides of the lower edge of the lens with the right thumb and forefinger to slowly remove the lens after arching, as shown in Fig. 10 and Fig. 11.

No more than four hours on day one and no more than six hours on day two
