1. Don't take off and wear the glasses frequently. This will cause frequent movement of the retina to the lens, which will easily cause the power to rise.
2. If you put the glasses on the table, do not make the convex surface of the lens contact the table, so as to avoid the mirror surface from being worn. Do not put the glasses in a place exposed to direct sunlight or on a heating bag to prevent deformation and discoloration of the frame.
