Blue light is part of the natural visible light that is emitted by sunlight and electronic screens.  Blue light is an important part of visible light. There is no separate white light in nature. Blue light is mixed with green light and red light to present white light. Green light and red light have less energy and are less irritating to the eyes. Blue light can be divided into beneficial and harmful

3. Poor sleep: Blue light will inhibit the secretion of melatonin, and melatonin is an important hormone that affects sleep. It is known to promote sleep and regulate jet lag. This can also explain why playing mobile phones or tablets before going to bed can cause poor sleep quality or even difficulty falling asleep.
