There are many and complicated production steps for several substrates. According to the mold assembly table, the qualified seals or tapes for the cleaned molds shall be combined in different ways, and a dust-free production workshop shall be used. The cleanliness must meet the quality requirements of water free, oil free and dust-free. The pre polymerized raw materials with a certain viscosity shall be injected into the assembled mold from the injection hole of the seal ring manually or mechanically, and the sealing performance shall be checked to ensure that the quality meets the requirements.
The filled mold is sent to the curing furnace for heating. The glass mold is on both sides of the semi product after one-time curing, and the transparent resin lens is in the middle. The glass mold is separated from the substrate by separating the baked lens, and the blank lens is thus born. After the blank lens is separated from the mold, the edge of the lens after trimming is smooth, which is convenient for later processing. There are unreacted raw material monomer and powder from the edge grinding on the surface of the lens after trimming, and the ultrasonic cleaning tank is used for cleaning.
The secondary curing is used to eliminate the internal stress of the lens and the surface of the lens, so as to make the dent on the surface of the lens more flat. The lens after the final secondary curing is inspected and warehoused. The inner and outer surfaces of the lens are hardened by soaking, alkali treatment, rinsing, water cutting, drying, cooling, immersion hardening, and preparatory drying. The used hardening solution is mainly organic silicon, which forms a transparent film after curing to increase the hardness of the lens surface and enhance the adhesion between the coating film and the substrate surface. Put the chuck full of lenses into the coating machine for coating.
The purpose of coating is to reduce the reflection of light, but it is impossible to achieve no reflection of light. There will always be residual color on the surface of the lens, that is, the color of the film. The coated lens is radiation, static, scratch, pollution and easier to clean.
