1. To keep the glasses not deforming, wear it and take off you need use two hands to do it.
2. The glasses should be put in the glasses case as far as possible. When placing the glasses, the lenses should face up to avoid lens abrasion.

2. Put two drops of detergent on both lenses
3. Hold the glasses with one hand, use other hand’s thumb and index finger rub the lenses until there is a little foam
4. Use the water to clean it up.
