Eye Protection Recommendations

① Adjust the performance to the best state. For long-term use of electronic products, in order to minimize the damage, the screen performance adjustment must be reasonable. Usually adjust the brightness of the screen to match the brightness of the environment, so that it feels neither glaring nor dark, until the most comfortable state. At the same time, the eyes and the screen should be kept on the same horizontal line, and a distance of 60 cm or more is better.

② Avoid wearing contact lenses to watch the screen. It is best not to wear invisible silver mirrors while watching the screen for a long time. It is best not to wear contact lenses for more than 8 hours a day, and you do not wear contact lenses for at least 2 days a week. Therefore, it is best to prepare a pair of frame glasses. If necessary, you can remove the contact lenses and change to the frame glasses. This is better for the eyes.



③ Apply heat to the eyes to relieve fatigue. If your eyes are really tired, apply a warm compress to dry eyes with a towel soaked in warm water. Generally it is very effective, eliminating the soreness caused by eye fatigue in minutes. Of course, it is estimated that you are not so diligent, so it is more convenient for you to prepare some disposable steam hot compress eye masks. Or find an object to help you twist the hot towel... But the programmers have said that it is impossible! Hahaha,But you can eat some fruits, there are a lot of nutrients in fruits, which are also good for eyes. 


 


④ When you feel tired, let yourself go. Know that when you have a high level of concentration, the blinking frequency will decrease, and your eyes will become fatigued and dry easily. Don't hold on any longer at this time, and quickly close your eyes and take a short rest. When you close your eyes, your eyes secrete tears to keep your eyes moist. The soreness in the eyes will naturally disappear after a short while.




⑤ Take regular breaks. In fact, not staring at the electronic screen for a long time is the best way to protect your eyes. Every time I watch the screen for 1 hour, I give myself a 5 minute break between classes.




It is recommended that you can install vision protection software with a "timing reminder" function (such as "eye protection") on your computer. It can be set to automatically pop up a reminder box on the screen every 1 hour of work. Or for people with poor self-control ability, you can directly lock the screen for 3-5 minutes. Then at this time you can do a small non-working thing randomly:
a. Close your eyes and rest until the computer returns to normal;
b. Get up to pick up a cup of water or make a cup of coffee;
c. Go to the bathroom and look in the mirror;
d. Go to the window and look into the distance, thinking about life;
e. Listen to a song quietly;

f. Stretch and roll your eyes.
